The lead work submits weekly reports on the progress of the cleaner until he/she is deemed ready to take on a full workload.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;/ul&gt;&lt;ul&gt;&lt;li&gt;Both lead workers and the Site Supervisors then monitor the trainee until their three month probationary period is over. At that point, the trainee works an additional three month under the supervision of the lead worker.
