Training Program
  • Since 1997, MidAmerican Building Services has utilized an innovative training program developed by Johnson Wax.
  • It is a comprehensive program involving six hours of introductory classroom instruction.
  • This is followed up by our own on the job-training program where new employees work directly with lead workers for a 6-week period to learn the basics of the cleaning system. The lead work submits weekly reports on the progress of the cleaner until he/she is deemed ready to take on a full workload.
  • Both lead workers and the Site Supervisors then monitor the trainee until their three month probationary period is over. At that point, the trainee works an additional three month under the supervision of the lead worker. After six months of training, the employee is considered a trained employee.
